Our elves aim to respond to all enquiries within 3 working days. Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Please check spam/junk boxes for replies as sometimes our elf mail will arrive in there instead of your inbox.

E-tickets will arrive 6 days before your event date. If you haven't received these or need them sent to another address please do the following:
- Login in to your account by clicking here.
- Click My Tickets
- Click View or your order number
- Scroll down to send my tickets and follow the instructions
You can now update your registration numbers online
