Characters you know and love

Ready to go? “ALL ABOARD!” calls the conductor, and the chefs assist you on board. As you find your seats, the show begins. The train pulls away from the platform, and you’ll enjoy familiar songs from the film, performed by our talented chefs and possibly even the Conductor himself.

As we leave the platform, the story of The Polar Express™ will come to life. Beloved characters, including the chefs, Conductor, and possibly even the ghost on the train, will draw you deeper into the tale.

As the journey continues, everyone will be served hot chocolate and a delicious cookie. Now is the time to create magical memories on board THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride London. Don’t forget to capture photos and videos during this enchanting experience.

The first gift of Christmas from Santa

Do you hear the jingle of sleigh bells? Look to the entrance of the carriage, it’s our special guest! Mr. C, often known as Santa Claus, will appear right there in your carriage!

He will greet your children and present them with the First Gift of Christmas, a beautiful shiny silver sleigh bell. His elf helper will ensure the grownups receive their bell too. As Santa moves through the carriage, you’ll hear the familiar call of ‘tickets, please!’ as the Conductor checks everyone’s Golden Tickets.
