“ALL ABOARD!” calls the Conductor as the chefs warmly welcome you on board THE POLAR EXPRESS™ Train Ride. As you settle into your seats, the excitement builds, the lights dim, the music begins and the show springs to life. With a gentle pull away from the platform, the journey starts, accompanied by much-loved songs from THE POLAR EXPRESS™, performed by our wonderfully talented chefs and, of course, the Conductor himself.

Before your eyes, the story unfolds in festive fashion. Iconic characters from the lively chefs to the commanding Conductor and even the mysterious ghost on the train invite you deeper into the adventure, surrounding you with music, movement and festive storytelling.

As the train continues its journey, guests of all ages are treated to rich hot chocolate and a delicious cookie, served just like in the film. It’s a moment of shared joy, laughter and wonder where the magic feels wonderfully real and memories are made together.

Before your very eyes, the story of The Polar Express™ will come to life. Beloved characters from the story including the chefs, Conductor and maybe even the ghost on the train will draw you ever deeper into the story of The Polar Express™.

The first gift of Christmas from Santa

Before you know it, a very special guest joins you on board. Santa Claus himself appears right there in your carriage, greeting every passenger with a smile and sharing the joy of the season. Each guest receives the First Gift of Christmas, a beautiful, shiny silver sleigh bell from Santa’s very own sleigh, with his helpful elf making sure the grown-ups receive theirs too.

As Santa makes his way through the carriage, the familiar call of “Tickets, please!” rings out as the Conductor checks everyone’s Golden Tickets, adding another magical moment to this unforgettable journey.
